I can develop personnel policies, which can promote fairness as well as flexibility. I can develop sexual harassment prevention policies and train employees to reduce lawsuits and minimize cost of lawsuits. I also work with various Human Resource Consultants to assist you with all of your Human Resource needs.

I can assist you to register with the Government to receive notification of local and state purchasing needs, which may match your services at no cost. Once you receive a bid I can assist you with interpreting the requirements and responding to the bid or request for proposal.

I can develop safety policies, safety training programs, and workers comp return to work programs to decrease your exposure to employee and client injuries. These programs can increase your profits by reducing your cost for insurance and lost productivity due to a safer work environment
